Cambridge Student Action for Refugees Committee Handover

Join now, minimal commitment until Michaelmas 2013!

Cambridge Student Action for Refugees is part of a national network of student groups working to make much-needed improvements to the lives of refugees in the UK. We are recruiting new committee members to join the continuing members of our current committee.

You can get involved as a General Member, or you can apply for a specific role. We’re looking for people interested in taking charge of: – publicity – events – campaigns – socials – and fundraising, so there’s plenty of ways to get involved!

The commitment would be minimal until Michaelmas 2013, so don’t worry if you don’t think you can currently commit much time – you won’t need to! Also, the out-going committee will be around until the end of the year to smooth the transition and help you out with anything you need, so now’s the perfect time to join up!

If you fancy getting involved, then send an email to Jeni Bloomfield on jhb46@cam.ac.uk to express your interest and ask any questions. It’d be great if you could do this by Wednesday 13th February.

No experience is necessary, and applications are open to anyone! We look forward to hearing from you.
