When bootstrapping as an entrepreneur, recruiting talent is often a significant challenge. Without the guarantee of job security and a visible ‘career ladder’, how does a startup attract the best of the best? On the other hand, how can young graduates understand the psychology of the recruitment managers, best present themselves to potential employers, and improve their chances of career success?
On 25th February, CUTEC is proudly co-hosting a workshop with a high-tech recruitment expert, ecm, on the recruitment strategy of technology businesses. This workshop will be catered to both graduates who are looking to make use of their specialist qualifications within high technology companies, as well as startup founders who wish to appeal to smart and driven individuals and grow their teams.
