The Lucy Cavendish Student Choir is looking to recruit a new director to build their small, friendly group of singers into a bigger and better choir, capable of performing at college events. As a non-auditioned choir, they are looking for someone who can develop their voices and help them reach their potential.
Responsibilities include:
– Organising and directing the choir, in consultation with the choir committee.
– Choosing songs in a variety of styles and periods, appropriate to the level of the singers and performance plan.
– Conducting weekly rehearsals: this may include training, such as teaching of vocal techniques.
Honorarium negotiable.
