Team Up is looking for Cambridge’s brightest students

Team Up is looking for Cambridge’s brightest students to join a nationally-recognised leadership development programme alongside their degree.

You will complete an accredited qualification, which is run in collaboration with top graduate employers, such as PwC, Norton Rose Fulbright Law, and Barclays, and consists of rigorous training in five professional competencies, including leadership, project management and communication.

These skills will be applied to challenging school-based placement, where you will tutor a small group of secondary school pupils, committing no more than an hour and a half of your time each week towards improving the grades and inspiring the minds of young people in an Cambridge school. You will delivering tuition either on a Tuesday or a Thursday afternoon.

As well as empowering pupils to academic excellence, we are working to find and develop students who are capable of taking on challenging graduate roles. You will have the opportunity to receive professional mentoring, networking opportunities, fast-tracking to competitive internship/graduate scheme interviews and master classes. Of course, the experience you gain with Team Up can also serve as the ideal springboard to a teaching career.
