Research Opportunities with Education Partnerships Africa

Date: Deadline: Monday 25th November

Education Partnerships Africa (http://www.epafrica.org/) is a UK charity and East African NGO which works to improve the quality of education for young people in rural Kenya and Uganda. We are currently looking to recruit volunteer researchers to undertake projects in Kenya and Uganda this summer. We have three fantastic projects available: two involve assessing the criteria that EPAfrica uses to determine whether a school is suitable for investment; the second project will involve studying the health implications of boarding school environments, and the effects on quality of education. Recruited researchers must be able to commit to between 3-6 weeks to working on their project in Kenya/Uganda.

To apply, please write between 300-500 words detailing your relevant skills and experience and the reasons why are interested in the project to Hannah Marshall (hjm50[at]cam.ac.uk) and Nellie Watkins (ellie.rose.watkins[at]gmail.com) by Monday 25th November.
