OC&C wants to get more Women involved in Strategy Consulting. It is an exciting, rewarding and intellectually challenging career choice that should attract the best female graduates in the country, but in the past it has been a less popular choice for women.
Our Women’s Lunch, held at the Hotel du Vin on 21st of October in Cambridge, introduces prospective Milkround applicants to Strategy Consulting in a relaxed social setting, as well as offering the opportunity to meet both junior and senior members of our team who will also be offering interview tips and a CV clinic.
