Geraldine Huse, P&G Vice President Global Sales, will talk about her career, why diversity matters, and the initiative which she has led to step change diversity in the P&G UK sales organisation. In 2000, Geraldine was the only senior manager in the function in the UK. Now, 32 of 60 managers are women. Her leadership resulted in the company’s sales function in the UK going from one female associate director to seven men and seven women. Geraldine’s work has inspired increases in female leadership across the P&G UK, Western Europe and Global organisations, whichnow operate at 55:45 representation split.
