Japanese Language and Japan Studies Programme 2016/17 at Nihon University, Japan (JLSP)

Graduating and Graduate Students from Cambridge University have a unique opportunity to spend three months immersed in Japanese language and culture. Tuition fees are waived by Nihon University for the
three successful applicants for the autumn term (13 September-6 December 2016), and three for the
spring session (11 January-29 March 2017). The programme includes intensive Japanese language tuition
and in addition courses designed to explore Japanese society and culture taught in English. The
programme also includes social events and field trips to broaden the experience of the country and its
culture.

Participants will need to cover:

-Accommodation (approx. £120/month) – single room with breakfast and dinner
-Living costs and personal expenditure (approx. £360/month)
-Commuter pass (approx. £65/month)
-Flights to and from Japan

Students may well find that their colleges have bursary funding for such purposes.
