Margaret Wileman Concert Series
Come and enjoy a summer recital of music for wind and piano, led by 3rd year Hughesian music tripos student Rosalind Ridout.
Rosalind will be accompanied by pianist Claudia Grinnell. She will also be joined by fellow musicians Alastair Chilvers (piano), Rees Webster (oboe) and Matt Lewis (bassoon).
The programme will include:
* Olivier Messiaen – Le Merle Noir
* Lili Boulanger – D’un matin de printemps
* Kaija Saariaho – Laconisme de l’aile (solo flute)
* Henri Dutilleux – Sonatine for flute and piano
* Mendelssohn- Songs without words
* Poulenc – Trio for Oboe, Bassoon and Piano
